Flexible Work Practices

On-Site Counseling

CCA provides on-site counseling that delivers all of the services offered by our comprehensive EAP & Work/Life Assistance Programs: short-term counseling, referrals, management consultation, crisis management, and training.

On-site counseling is available as an extension of CCA’s traditional EAP services or on a stand-alone basis. It provides an immediate, highly accessible resource for your workforce, ranging from a few hours a month to several days a week, depending on the need of your organization.

Wellness Workshops

Wellness Workshops are introductory seminars intended to give employees exposure to various techniques, methods, and insights to cope with the pressures of everyday life. Designed to address the key concerns affecting employees today, these sessions can introduce employees to proven strategies for dealing with issues in many aspects of life: work, family, finances, and health.
