CCA provides developmental opportunities for executives, managers, and supervisors who are in leadership roles through Leadership Retreats. These two-day workshops offer an opportunity for leaders to join their peers from other organizations to look at their role as leaders.
In the workshops, which are limited to ten participants per session, leaders will:
- Learn about the competencies needed to be a good leader
- Build skills in decision-making, listening, and influencing
- Learn how to work more effectively with their team, peers, and supervisors.
The registration fee also includes two individual coaching sessions that will support the learning of the workshop.
Leadership Retreats are led by CCA senior consultants and are held throughout the year at convenient locations across the United States.
Leadership Retreat 1
Leadership Retreat 1 focuses on leadership styles and challenges.
Participants will learn their thinking style preference, explore how to
leverage their strengths, and examine areas for improvement. Leadership Retreat
1 helps participants to build on existing competencies and answer the question,
“Who am I as a leader?”
