Today’s increasingly regulated and litigious business environment requires organizations to educate and train all employees about what constitutes a safe, secure and harassment free workplace. Harassment Prevention

Reduce the risk of harassment through awareness, education, and job-specific applications. This program brings the harsh realities of harassment to light, not only in legal terms but also in real, practical human terms. The impact of harassment on business, morale, and productivity provides the context for facing the legal facts.

Workplace Violence Prevention

Reduce the risk of violence in the workplace. This program provides proactive tools and strategies that can reduce the likelihood that a violent episode will occur. In addition, participants learn how to respond to a threat of violence and proactively ensure the health and safety of the workplace.

Domestic Violence Prevention

Comply with NYS law – N.Y. Lab. Law § 10-b & N.Y. Exec. Law § 575. (Other applicable state laws can be referenced as needed.) This program increases awareness about domestic violence and provides strategies to prevent and mitigate violent incidents. It also covers the reasons why organizations are now required to address an issue that many consider a personal concern and why the workplace itself is a potential setting for domestic violence.

Employment Interviewing

Establish a foundation for designing and conducting legally sound, business-wise, selection interviews in order to identify top-tier talent. This program helps participants acquire the skills for designing and conducting structured, behavioral interviews. The session is highly interactive so that managers learn, apply and experience the benefits of better interviewing during the workshop.
