Service to Members

At CCA, service to our members doesn’t begin and end with a referral to a network provider or outside resource. Every member who contacts our 24-hour, 365-day a year, toll-free HelpLine is connected with one of our Masters or Ph.D. level counselors. A CCA counselor follows the member from the first phone call until the situation is resolved. Our process is simple, straightforward, and personal.

Short-Term Counseling and Referrals

When counseling needs require a referral into a health benefit plan, CCA counselors facilitate the referral by conducting research and helping members navigate the intricacies of their insurance plans.

Confidentiality

Our program is strictly confidential; we do not release any information concerning our members to anyone, unless the member authorizes our counselor in writing or we are required by law to do so.
