The coaching process focuses on getting executives to assume accountability for their behavior. The coach impresses upon the executive the impact of unacceptable behavior on the business, on morale and on the executive’s professional credibility. When applicable, the coach will also emphasize the business/litigation risk associated with the inappropriate behavior.
