EAP Requirements
  • Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Behavioral Health or Human Services
  • 5+ years of post-Master’s experience
  • Current State License/Certification
  • EAP experience
  • Sensitivity to cultural diversity issues
  • Willingness to work with MCOs
  • Experience in brief therapy techniques
  • Substance abuse training & experience
  • Minimum Malpractice Coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
  • Handicap accessible offices preferred

SAP Evaluator

CCA works with several client companies who must comply with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) Alcohol and Drug Testing regulations. CCA seeks premium providers nationwide to join our already robust list of preferred Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) providers.

SAP Requirements
  1. Current State License/Certification
  2. Completed SAP exam
  3. Three-year CE Certifications, if appropriate
  4. Minimum Malpractice Coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
  5. EAP Experience
  6. Extensive experience working with substance abuse
  7. Additional certifications in substance abuse (e.g., CASAC) preferred

Critical Incident Specialist

CCA is known for our robust CISD/CIR provider database. We look for licensed clinicians and experienced crisis responders with formal training in CISD/CIR, the ability to provide onsite support at client organizations, and a proven background in guiding both individuals and groups through critical incidents.

CISD/CIR Requirements
  1. Licensed mental health professional or certified crisis responder
  2. Training in Critical Incident Response (e.g., ICISF certification or equivalent)
  3. Experience providing onsite crisis response and debriefings
  4. Strong facilitation, communication, and cultural competency skills
  5. Ability to assess needs, triage effectively, and refer to ongoing care when needed
  6. Willingness to travel to client organizations for onsite support
  7. Competence in documenting incident responses and follow-up reports
  8. Familiarity with EAP programs, occupational health, and organizational systems a plus
