Anshu Basnyat, LCPC

Anshu R. Basnyat is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with over 25 years of clinical experience. She works in private practice as a psychotherapist and corporate setting as an EAP Counselor. Anshu works with individuals, couples, and families suffering from a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and/or work-life balance. Her special focus is on elementary-aged children, parenting, cross-cultural issues, and trauma informed therapy. She primarily works from the Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Model but is able to incorporate other modalities whenever clinically appropriate. Anshu enjoys working with people to help them reach their highest potential and life satisfaction. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, interior decorating, and spending time with family and friends.
