John Tucker is the Chief Operating Officer at CCA, with 30 years of experience in the EAP, behavioral health, and wellness industry. Before joining CCA, he worked at previous organizations in the behavioral health space, ranging from venture-backed start-ups to national healthcare plans. His role is accountable for all operational and account services aspects of the company. John's dedication is to design and deliver solutions that keep a member-centric, human approach, regardless of technological trends and expansions.
