About

My individual journey and professional knowledge, especially in cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques, have been influenced by my early experiences watching my father's battles with substance abuse. While I was unable to assist him directly as a child, this pivotal experience ignited my passion for helping others manage their emotions, thoughts, and life situations. Currently, I am passionate about engaging in mindfulness practices such as dancing, deep breathing, walking, and laughing.
