Megan Friedman, Vice President of Business Development, is a seasoned sales leader and dedicated mental health advocate. In addition to leading EAP sales, she spearheads CCA’s healthcare solutions sector. Passionate about driving meaningful change and staying ahead of emerging trends in mental health and employee support, Megan partners with consulting firms and brokers to create impactful well-being programs that address the unique challenges faced by both organizations and their people. As a devoted well-being and mental health advocate, Megan draws from both her background in psychology and her two decades of specialized industry experience to propel her passion of supporting healthcare professionals through education and wellness resources. Notably, Megan collaborated with the American Nurses Foundation to co-lead the Stop the Stigma campaign that works to normalize help seeking behavior and ensure no one feels alone in their struggle with mental health.
