A Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience across diverse mental and behavioral health settings, Osha specializes in supporting professionals with evidence-based interventions that promote resilience, well-being, and healthy workplace cultures. Osha’s background spans academia, healthcare, and community mental health, with a particular focus on trauma and resilience.
