Sarit Tepper, LMHC

Sarit is the Director of Intake Operations at CCA, where she oversees the daily functions of the Access Line, ensuring that members receive timely, high-quality support. In this role, she manages departmental coverage, real-time monitoring, and supervision of Intake Counselors, while also leading recruitment, hiring, and staff development. Sarit is responsible for quality assurance, clinical consultation and collaboration across departments, and supporting new business initiatives as they relate to the call center. She also develops workflows, implements training programs, and partners closely with leadership to improve efficiency, member experience, and overall team performance. Before this role, Sarit served as an EAP Counselor at CCA, offering short-term counseling, crisis intervention, assessments, and on-site support for employees dealing with challenges such as anxiety, depression, workplace stress, and family or relationship issues. She also facilitated grief and loss group sessions. Her background includes clinical and supervisory experience at an outpatient substance abuse clinic, where she provided counseling, led adolescent programs, supervised interns, and conducted assessments for individuals with dual diagnoses.
