Valerie Carroll, Assistant Manager, Learning & Development, is a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience in training and curriculum development. Valerie is responsible for facilitating CCA Learning Programs on a wide range of topics in the areas of HR Compliance and Risk Management, Management Skills, and Workplace Effectiveness. With a strong belief in tailoring each training session to the participants in the room, Valerie brings an individualized approach to the learning process.
