Veronica Nwokem, Director, Client Services, is an experienced clinical social worker and human resources professional who works closely with her clients on a broad range of workforce issues, from performance improvement and wellness initiatives to crisis management. Veronica leads Account Services for CCA’s B2B business portfolio, including organizations of all sizes and industries, and is responsible for overseeing all account management staff and services.
