Nurse Suicide

The conversation healthcare has avoided, the research behind it, and what needs to change before distress becomes crisis.

Nurses die by suicide at rates that outpace the general population, and most healthcare organizations have no idea it's happening inside their own walls.

· The warning signs get missed.
· The licensing questions keep nurses silent.
· The standard response, one more resilience module, does nothing to change the conditions driving the risk.

Join three of the country's foremost nursing leaders, moderated by a doctoral-level mental health professional, for a frank hour on what the research actually shows about nurse suicide, the lived reality behind the data, and the organizational changes that reach nurses before distress becomes crisis. This isn't about asking nurses to cope better. It's about what your organization can do.
