Marjorie Mangot, LMSW, ACC, CPC

Marjorie is an ICF-accredited leadership coach (ACC, CPC) and workplace wellbeing consultant with 20+ years of experience across employee assistance, behavioral health, leadership development, and organizational consulting. She brings a proven ability to guide leaders and organizations through transition, strengthen communication, and create cultures that balance performance with wellbeing. In her role as Account Executive, Marjorie partners with HR and senior leaders to help them promote and leverage CCA in support of employee mental health, work-life satisfaction, identity and belonging, and learning and development. Marjorie serves as a trusted resource during organizational crises, delivering responsive crisis communication and incident management when grief or trauma impact the workplace. Marjorie began her career in book and magazine publishing, working in the editorial and marketing departments of Vanity Fair, TV Guide and Harper Collins. She chose to pursue her masters in Social Work and a career in Employee Assistance as a way to combine her corporate background with her desire to make a meaningful difference in the health and wellness of the workplace. Before joining CCA in 2015, Marjorie worked at E4 Health, where her experience encompassed account management, marketing and communications, crisis response, HR consulting and clinical case management.
