Complete assistance for both employees and organizations

With 40 years of experience, CCA delivers clinician-led, customized employee assistance programs that give employees and their families confidential counseling, crisis support, and work-life resources.

Short-Term Counseling

Our Short-Term Counseling program connects members with the right provider for their needs and preferences. Members can also browse and self-book through our member platform. We follow up to ensure care is working and to address any additional needs along the way.

Longer-Term Support

When a member needs care beyond short-term counseling, our clinicians don’t just make a referral and step away. We stay connected, guiding them to the right resources and following up to ensure they’re supported until their needs are met.

Work-Life Services

We help members manage everyday needs, from caregiving and financial or legal issues to home repairs and relocation. Members can consult with a member of our Work-Life team and receive a vetted package of available referrals and resources.

Onsite Counseling

We offer flexible onsite counseling solutions, from recruiting and managing dedicated counselors to supporting or expanding existing EAP programs. Whether full-time, part-time, or as a supplement to internal resources, we tailor our approach to meet the needs of your workforce.

Coaching

Members can choose to use their sessions for coaching or counseling, depending on what feels most comfortable. Our coaching supports career, relationships, health, and personal goals, led by highly qualified coaches with advanced training and experience. For added flexibility, we also provide asynchronous, text-based coaching.

Crisis Response

For high acuity needs like suicidality, substance use disorders, complex determinants of care issues, or other multi-layered problem, our senior Complex Care Team (CCT) steps in, managing safety plans, coordinating care, and staying intimately involved until the member’s needs have been resolved.

How it works

We work closely with you to create solutions tailored to your organization’s needs, whether that means driving workplace change, offering leadership coaching, providing training, or something else. Every project looks a little different, but it might include some of the following:
Consultation
Our team of consultants meet with you to assess your organization’s needs, and goals.
Assessment
CCA’s assessment includes two phases: an HR-focused assessment and a staff assessment. We use an iterative process using data obtained in each part of the assessment to inform the next.
Analysis
Data obtained during the assessment phase will be analyzed and used to inform recommendations for organizational changes, as well as how to provide ongoing support for these initiatives.
Collaboration
Consultants will meet with key stakeholders to capture ideas and ensure buy-in. This collaboration helps establish mission critical goals as well as facilitate execution of interventions.
Evaluation
CCA employs various strategies to evaluate each initiative, including performance metrics and progress tracking tools.
Follow-up
Consultants follow-up at regular intervals to evaluate progress, provide continued support, and identify any necessary next steps.
